Thrive Foods recently received the 2022 “Industrial Deal of the Year” Award, presented by The Commercial Association of Realtors in Wisconsin (or CARW). The need for an existing building in the Midwest to keep up with Thrive Foods growth went from 50,000 square feet to 200,000 square feet, and finally to just under 350,000 square feet. The building is located on the Oak Creek site in Wisconsin and considered a big win for the state. Thrive Foods is excited to have a significant footprint in such an important location in the United States and accepts graciously accepts the award from CARW.
